Only 15% of bosses are equipped to address employee burnout and demotivation. More burnout, more quietness.

Employees do not seem to trust their superiors in the face of the reality that they feel overworked. Another HR Shaking Trends study, prepared by Shakers and Factorial, refers, among other things, to the difficulty of managing flexible and free talent, who decides where and how to get involved in projects, who is agile and adds great value to companies in which that is hired.
