Although we can now enjoy these days of vacation, rest and family, we must not lose sight of the fact that China is becoming more complicated due to COVD BF7 variant (see more news at Forbes article Dec. 16th) and it seems that the virus is still far from under control, it is a pity, Therefore, we remind you once again, please be careful to follow strict ventilation in places where time and people stay, and hygiene are always fundamental issues
BF. 7, the variant responsible for the outbreak of infections in China
A new strain of the virus, a sublineage of BA.5, has set off all the alarms in China. It is about BF.7 and is behind the escalation of infections in the country.
This new variant was detected shortly after the Government relaxed the measures and preliminary studies showed that its contagion rate is up to three times higher than that of Ómicron: from 5.08 for BA.5 to between 10 and 18.6 for BF .7.
Christmas is a period for rest and reflection. In addition to taking advantage of these days to sleep a little more and relax at home, from CNS we suggest you make a list of an activity that is different from our day to day, and that only depends on us. It can be anything from reading a book, listening to a music album with all your senses on, cooking a new dish, the typical cookies if you have children, or watching that series you’ve heard so much about in the original version of course without picking up the phone while you watch it.
Aiming for one thing and doing it will put us on the right path for all the challenges we want to set for 2023.
